Requirements:
- Hospitality experience is a bonus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel).
- Familiarity with Dropbox for file organization and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, prioritize, and execute a variety of projects.
- Update calendars and coordinate schedules for the principals.
- Manage household inventory, including tracking and replenishment.
- Handle package receiving and logistics.
- Provide care for family pets, including walking, grooming appointments, and vet visits.
- Prepare documents and meeting minutes with accuracy.
- Research and recommend items for principals.
- Manage packing and shipping tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with staff to ensure seamless operations.
Schedule:
9 AM–5 PM PT with flexibility required (fully in-person).
Compensation:
$40-45/hour, with benefits and 401K eligibility after a probationary period.
Location:
New York, NY (Upper West Side area).
